Introducing Myself

Hello! I hope this blog has found you well, dear reader.

I was raised by a mother that had a love for water resources which influenced my own love for the same. As I grew up, I became more involved and began work in the industry of water/wastewater loving what I do because in the end, everyone needs access to clean water.

However, as I grew up I learned that not everyone has easy access to the water we need as our lifeblood as humans. In the town of Flint, Michigan there has been no access to clean, potable water for many years. Many areas of the world have not seen any access for even longer, yet here I am with access to filters that are able to clean my water from the sink without excessive treatment due to water treatment plants around me.

While I can't directly prevent droughts or immediately provide clean water for others, I enjoy spreading the word to inspire others to also support others in the way they can.
